Platanthera praeclara (Orchidaceae) 

In 1989, as a result of critical declines, 
the Western Prairie Fringed Orchid was 
listed as a threatened species under both 
the federal and state endangered species acts.

Federal Endangered Species
I have titled this photograph the,
"LITTLEST ANGEL OF THE PRAIRIE"
Look closely and you will discover the little angels.
The good Lord has created many natural wonders
for us to discover. Open your heart and mind and
